Sybase 365 Collect

The Sybase 365 Collect product allows users to create Question Sets from a web portal, send them out to respondents by text message, with an embedded hyperlink and manage the response collection process.



Some potential applications for Sybase 365 Collect are: tracking activity levels of field based sales teams, monitoring product trials and instant customer satisfaction surveys.

When respondents receive the text message, they can click on the embedded hyperlink, which directs them to a web portal, where they will be asked to complete answers to a maximum of ten questions.



The system can be configured so that responses have to be in a pre-determined format – for example, numerical, text, or Yes/No.



If the users mobile handset cannot access the internet, or if they are using a tariff which precludes web browsing, then the web portal address can be accessed from a user’s PC.



The user can choose to be notified by sms or e-mail when responses are received and/or when deadlines have expired. The respondents can also be reminded by sms or e-mail that the deadline has expired, as shown below:

Respondents answers can be viewed on the web portal and downloaded as a csv file for use in other applications, such as Microsoft Excel.
